Here are some answers to question you may have.

How long will it take to get my pedal?

We try to stock pedals so that when ordered they will be shipped out within a week. However, in certain cases longer time frames will be specified.

What is your return policy?

We are sorry if you are unsatisfied with your new pedal. Pedals can be returned if contact is made within 20 Days of the purchase date. Shipping responsibly falls upon the customer and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

DO NOT SHIP YOUR PEDAL IN THE PACKING BOX, USE A SHIPPING BOX. If the pedal is damaged in shipping, you will not receive a refund, and a repair fee will be charged.

How do I power my pedal?

Please ONLY power our pedals with center negative +9V (Boss Standard Power) unless specified otherwise

What is your warranty/repair policy?

All Big Game Pedals have a TWO YEAR warranty under the original owner. This warranty does not include cosmetic damage, liquids damage, nor the wrong power supply usage.

Repairs are free for pedals under warranty, with the shipping fee falling upon the customer. Pedals not under warranty can be sent in, and the repair price will depend on time and cost of parts.

Do you do custom pedals?

Yes, we do. Sometimes. Due to the fact that this is a small operation, there are certain times in which no custom work will be taken. Should this be the case we will respond with a time frame of when we can take on your project
